General Terms & Conditions

Rtm2 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the company") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. By using any rtm2 service, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to users residing in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using rtm2's services. By using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall be considered definitive. A complete and up-to-date Bengali translation is always maintained for the convenience of Bangladeshi members.

Account Registration & Management

A valid account is required to bet or play on rtm2. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false or incorrect information may be closed at any time and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential. Any loss resulting from sharing your password is the member's sole responsibility.
• Keep the mobile number and email address registered to your account active at all times.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for KYC verification.
• To update your account details, please contact our support team. Attempting to make changes on your own may result in your account being temporarily locked.
• Selling, transferring, or lending your rtm2 account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to participate on rtm2. Accounts cannot be opened or bets placed without meeting these conditions.

• You must be 18 years of age or older. rtm2 is strictly prohibited for minors.
• You are not residing in a country where online gaming or betting is strictly prohibited.
• You are of sound mind and capable of making informed decisions.
• You are betting with your own money — not borrowed funds.
• You are not currently enrolled in any voluntary self-exclusion program.

Rtm2 may request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts may be restricted until verification is complete. We are strongly committed to protecting minors, and there are no exceptions to this policy.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Rtm2 makes it easy to deposit and withdraw via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We follow the policies below to ensure fast and secure payments.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The maximum single deposit is ৳5,00,000.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and may not be refunded.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. During peak hours, processing may take up to 4 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile number used to make the deposit.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

Betting Rules & Conditions

The following rules apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, and all other gaming services on rtm2. All betting decisions are made entirely at your own risk.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review everything carefully before placing your bet.
• If a bet is accepted in error due to a system fault, rtm2 reserves the right to void it.
• During live betting, if your internet connection is lost, your bet may be submitted automatically.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the original stake will be refunded.
• A maximum win limit applies to each match and may vary by event.
• Using software or bots to exploit odds changes is strictly prohibited.

Rtm2 reserves the right to review any bet deemed suspicious. Accounts showing unusual betting patterns may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Rtm2 offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming. General bonus terms are outlined below.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once, on their first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. A specified turnover requirement must be met before withdrawal (typically 5x–10x).
• If the wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Members may not use more than one bonus offer at a time.
• Only bets placed on eligible games or sports will count towards meeting a bonus requirement.
• Rtm2 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to prevent misuse of rtm2's services and to maintain a fair environment for all members.

• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Attempting to access another member's account or engaging in hacking.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward support staff or other members.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

Privacy & Data Protection

Rtm2 takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Information provided at registration is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and legitimate operational purposes.

• Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by legal obligation.
• Information required for payment processing may be shared with authorised payment gateways.
• Your browsing and betting data is used to improve our services.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Rtm2 believes gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly and provide the tools needed to help them do so.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum stake amount for each bet.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently suspend your betting activity for a period of 6 months to 5 years.
• Reality Check: Receive notifications about your gaming session at set intervals.

Account Closure & Suspension

Rtm2 may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances. Such decisions are final and rest entirely at rtm2's discretion.

• Breaching any provision of these terms and conditions.
• If registration was completed using false information, or if KYC verification fails.
• If a user engages in fraud, bonus abuse, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• If the member requests it themselves (voluntary closure).

If an account is closed and no rule violation is found, any funds in the account will be returned. If a rule violation is established, rtm2 reserves the right to withhold those funds.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute with rtm2, please reach out to our support team first. We are committed to resolving member issues promptly and fairly.

• Step 1: Submit a complaint to our support team via live chat or email.
• Step 2: If the issue remains unresolved by support, the complaint will be escalated to our management team.
• Step 3: An independent dispute resolution body may be engaged for a final resolution.
• In the event of any dispute, rtm2's server logs and records shall be considered the final and conclusive evidence.

Changes & Updates to Terms

Rtm2 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will make every effort to notify members in advance via their registered email or app notifications.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page is always kept current.
